now my question to you is, if everyone knows about these media issues? why is it that these issues still remain MAINSTREAM?

ReplyDeleteI think that it’s still "mainstream" because there are people out there that would rather hear about gossip, clebs, what’s in & out rather then something educational or that makes us think. Because we have made a society where many people think media is right and if they were to go against what the media portrays as “normal” they’d be left out and would be an outcast. Even though many people say that they aren’t influenced by the media or they don’t follow the trends or buy the stuff sold on ads it’s not true everyone to some extent follows the media and probably wouldn’t do something outside its norms.
